FAQs
What kind of clients do you typically work with?
1
I work with growing businesses, nonprofits, real estate professionals, and entrepreneurs — across Central New York and remotely across the U.S. Most of my clients need senior-level marketing strategy and creative execution but aren't ready to hire a full-time marketing team.
Yes. Most engagements are fully remote. I'm based in Auburn, NY and work with clients across the country, with regular trips between Central New York and Los Angeles.
2
Do you work remotely?
Do you work with small businesses?
3
Absolutely. I work with everyone from solo entrepreneurs to mid-sized organizations. Social media management starts at $400/month, and project work is scoped to fit your needs and budget. There's almost always a way to work together for businesses that value strategic thinking.
How is hiring you different from hiring an agency?
4
You work directly with me — the senior strategist and creative — from start to finish. No junior account managers, no creative-by-committee, no agency markup. Faster decisions, lower cost, and the same level of strategic thinking you'd get from a senior agency partner.
What does a typical engagement look like?
5
Most start with a discovery call to understand your goals. From there, we define scope, timeline, and deliverables. I produce strategy and creative directly, present work in collaborative reviews, and stay engaged through measurement and refinement.
6
How do you measure success?
Whatever success looks like for your business — qualified leads, donor inquiries, social engagement, sales activity, website traffic, brand recognition. We agree on KPIs upfront and track them throughout the engagement.
Do you use AI tools in your work?
7
When they add value, yes. I use AI for things like virtual staging for real estate listings, content brainstorming, and production efficiency — always in service of the work, never as a replacement for strategy or craft. You're hiring me, not an AI assistant.
Can you work on a one-time project, or do you only take retainers?
8
Both. Project work is great for specific needs — a logo, a campaign, an event launch. Monthly retainers work well for businesses that need consistent support over time. We'll figure out which fits best during the discovery conversation.
Curious if we’d work well together?
No pressure, no sales pitch. Just send me a note about what you’re working on, and I’ll get back to you within two business days.
