9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to be tracked. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

California law requires us to disclose how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there is no current industry or legal standard for honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

In the past twelve (12) months, we have not collected any of the following personal information categories: identifiers; California Customer Records statute information; protected classification characteristics; commercial information; biometric information; internet activity; geolocation data; audio/electronic/sensory information; professional or employment information; education information; or sensitive personal information.

We HAVE collected: Inferences drawn from collected personal information — used to create profiles or summaries about preferences and characteristics (retained for 1 year).

We may also collect personal information outside these categories through interactions including:

  • Receiving help through our customer support channels

  • Participation in customer surveys or contests

  • Facilitation in the delivery of our Services and to respond to your inquiries
